Are Rothy's shoes machine washable?
Yes, all our shoes and bags are 100% machine washable. Simply remove the insoles, place them in the washing machine, use cold water with mild detergent, and let them air dry completely.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn and in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.
How do I choose the right size?
Most of our styles run true to size, but some styles like The Point may require a half-size up for a more comfortable fit. Check our detailed size guide on each product page for specific recommendations.
What materials are used to make Rothy's?
Our signature thread is spun from 100% post-consumer plastic water bottles. We also use bio-based algae, natural rubber, and ocean-bound plastic to ensure our products are as sustainable as they are stylish.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental United States. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your items sooner.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to a select number of countries including Canada, Australia, and parts of Europe. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
